Executive Leadership
DiliVer’s leadership team consists of five executives, whose bios follow, and a board of highly-successful technology and business leaders.
Neil Kleinberg
Chief Executive Officer
As founder and CEO, and inventor of its intellectual property, Mr. Kleinberg is responsible for leading DiliVer’s Corporate organizational unit, which includes overseeing its performance and growth functions. With 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, executive, management consultant, and lead technology engineer, his expertise spans the commercial and government sectors, including the information technology, financial services, national security, healthcare, judicial, public safety, and telecommunications industries. In his previous role, Mr. Kleinberg led corporate development buy-side and sell-side M&A activities at enterprise software market leader ASI, and participated in more than 20 initiated transactions, including a private equity raise. Prior to ASI, as President of VerticalFalls Software, which developed CRM solutions for financial advisors working in brokerage firms, Mr. Kleinberg orchestrated a successful exit as the company was acquired by Sage in 2007. Before VerticalFalls, he was a founder/owner in two other prosperous high-growth technology companies—EIC, a management consulting firm, and NTC, a specialized high radio frequency electronics firm. Mr. Kleinberg is also currently an adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, where he teaches Mergers and Acquisitions, Entrepreneurial Finance, Corporate Governance, and Strategic Management courses, and he is a Technology Commercialization Advisory Board member at Johns Hopkins University, where he received his MS in Computer Science and BS in Bioengineering. Recently, he became a Mentor-in-Residence at Johns Hopkins Technology Ventures. Mr. Kleinberg is also a mentor of the Washington, DC Metro Chapter of the Founder Institute, a global program for training technology entrepreneurs and preparing them to launch new companies, and he was elected to the MindShare CEO Network and Alumni Association.
Mike Montera
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Mr. Montera is responsible for leading DiliVer’s Finance organizational unit and overseeing its accounting and contracts functions. He has 20 years of experience as a financial executive, including VP finance, pricing director, compliance manager, and auditor positions. Currently as CFO for a regional construction enterprise (GTB), Mr. Montera works with small businesses to establish basic financial controls, while assisting with strategic business development. Before GTB, he was the CFO for different business units of British Telecom, which required extensive international finance and M&A skills while leading a global network infrastructure build out. Mr. Montera’s expertise resides in the areas of finance, accounting, audit, contracts, compliance, operations, M&A, IPO preparation, and startup company/business unit launches. His experience spans the information technology, financial services, telecommunications, and construction industries. Mr. Montera received his MBA and BS in Accounting from West Virginia University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Shaun Hanrahan
Chief Operating Officer
As COO, Mr. Hanrahan is responsible for leading DiliVer’s Operations/Solutions Delivery organizational unit and overseeing its product/service/data offerings and channel functions. He has 30 years of experience as an executive, solution delivery group director, channel/program/project manager, and systems integrator for a variety of premier consulting services firms in the IT industry. Currently a principal at Awarity and previously while in leadership roles at UNISYS and ePresence, Mr. Hanrahan has served numerous large clients in business transformation-related management consulting and was responsible for P&L, governance, and contract compliance, while concurrently providing technology guidance. Mr. Hanrahan’s expertise includes enterprise applications, business process engineering, enterprise architecture, network integration, identity & access management, and emergency management/business continuity planning. His experience spans the commercial and government sectors, as well as the telecommunications, energy/oil/gas, transportation, social services, financial services, national security, healthcare, judicial, public safety, education, legal, and aerospace Industries. Mr. Hanrahan received his BS/BA in Management Information Systems-Decision Science from Old Dominion University and he has numerous management/technical professional certifications.
Lowell Kasden
Chief Business Development Officer
As CBO, Mr. Kasden is responsible for leading DiliVer’s Business Development organizational unit and overseeing its marketing and sales functions. He has 15 years of experience in a range of leadership positions in marketing, sales, corporate development, and product management. At BithGroup, Mr. Kasden is currently directing a variety of healthcare-related business restructuring programs for Maryland’s Medicaid medical information systems. Previously, he was responsible for a $150M portfolio of workforce performance and eLearning software products at RWD. Mr. Kasden’s expertise includes strategic portfolio product roadmaps, agile/cross-functional product development teams, product launches, go-to-market channel partnerships, and sales capture initiatives. His experience spans the commercial and government sectors, as well as information technology, healthcare, education, and transportation industries. Mr. Kasden received his MS in Information Systems Technology and BBA Marketing/International Business from George Washington University.
Stephanie Basil
Chief Administrative Officer
As CAO, Ms. Basil is responsible for leading DiliVer’s Administration organizational unit and overseeing its personnel and workplace functions. She has 19 years of experience with a diverse assortment of leadership positions, including founder/co-founder, president, VP of business development, and recruiter. At MavenLogic, Ms. Basil is currently focused as a human resources consultant on executive and senior management recruiting for technology and technology-enabled businesses in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Concurrently, she leverages her global network of contacts as an active business developer. Ms. Basil’s expertise includes human capital recruiting, career development, compensation, benefits, office management, physical security, construction/maintenance, and rent/leases. Her experience spans the information technology, financial services, and healthcare industries. Ms. Basil received her BS in Business Administration-Operations Management from the University of Delaware.
